a little bit about me

I grew up in northern New Jersey and I currently live in the picturesque mountains of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with my husband and three beautiful children, two boys and a girl, who are growing up way too quickly.


Most days you will find me in my car driving back and forth between school, at the grocery store or in front of the TV watching HGTV. The things I am most passionate about in life are my family, my friends, my four pups, photography, the Royals and Bruce Springsteen:)


I graduated from college in 1998 with a Bachelor degree in elementary education and have been blessed to have spent 9 years as an elementary school art teacher. Now that my youngest child has started high school, I decided to make my photography dream a reality.


Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From my first Fisher Price pocket camera, to my Polaroid 600, onto a Kodak disc, many 35mm gems later, I have spent much of my life looking through various lenses and capturing precious moments that live on today through my photos. After winning the Most Outstanding Photographer Award at my 1994 high school graduation (it was a big deal at the time), I felt that maybe I had a little something special when it came to taking photos. So I never stopped. I have always believed in doing what makes me happy and photography is one of those things.


I truly love what I do! I believe that life is made up of beautiful moments, and it is an honor for me to capture those moments for every person, couple, and family that allows me the opportunity!
